HEALTH AND SAFETY SPECIALIST (F/M/D) I IGNITIS RENEWABLES

Your key areas of responsibilities will be:

• Maintain compliance, business risk management and business HSSE policies, including occupational safety and health, environmental protection policies
• Visit different business projects (Operational & Maintenance, Construction, Wind & Solar Parks) across Lithuania, Poland and Latvia to ensure that site rules are being adhered and followed
• Keep the communication and mentoring the contractors and site (own) personnel to ensure company standards are implemented, followed
• Continuously assess the risks related to the activities of the company, coordinate the implementation of risk management measures and enforce preventative measures
• Be responsible for Induction, Occupational health and other assessments to the regional employees
• Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to direct management
• Work closely with colleagues from Ignitis Group to share the best practices.

Salary range for this position group is 3124 to 4686 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.
