The main functions of the employee
1. Maintenance of the existing rental process.
2. Rental development activities, which include searching for rental premises and landlords through different channels.
3. Other activity coordination works that ensure the achievement of planned commercial and financial indicators.

Competencies required
- knowledge of hostel profile hotel activities, structural features, job specifics and customer contingent;
- Russian language;
- knowledge of the preparation and coordination of the company's activities and daily work plans;
- knowledge of the basic conditions for the management of legally supervised processes;
- understanding of the conditions of long-term and short-term rental contracts and enforcement guidelines for leased property;
- understanding the basics of communication psychology and the principles of telephone sales;
- knowledge of the basic principles of clerical work (MS Word);
- knowledge of the basic principles of working with spreadsheets (MS Excel);
- understanding of the basics of short-term accommodation marketing (advertisements, booking.com);
- knowledge of the basics of market research, price regulation, market economy.
Main works
- according to the granted authority to independently represent the company within the limits of the established authority, i.e. preparation of documents on behalf of the company and presentation of correct information;
- active search for clients;
- reception and management of hostel orders;
- transfer of hostel premises - reception to tenants;
- ensuring the order of the hostel premises;
- hockey supervision and debt management;
- participation in the process of planning the company's activities and making proposals for the improvement of activities, implementation of promising measures.
