Key Responsibilities of a Receptionist:
Requirements of a Receptionist:
- Participates in the prompt and courteous check in and check out of guests
- Responds to guest requests for information about the hotel and its surroundings
- Arranges for special services requested by the guest
- Processes the payments of guests.
Requirements of a Receptionist:
- Excellent team player with strong communication skills, you will have a passion for delivering a great customer experience;
- Fluent English and Lithuanian language skills are a must, Russian would be considered as advantage;
- Flexibility to work day and night shifts on full time basis.
