We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our forces and achieve our goals together.
You would be responsible for:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and provide the full cycle of the recruitment process.
- Onboard new employees and facilitate orientation sessions.
- Manage employee relations issues and guide supervisors and employees.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
- Manage employment documentation, create job contracts, and other required documents.
- Communicate HR initiatives, policies, and updates to employees.
We expect from you:
- At least 2 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Psychology will be an advantage.
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
