We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Information Analyst to join our Global HR team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about HR technologies and wants to make a meaningful impact by optimizing our HR system and processes. As an HR Information Analyst, you will be the technical point of contact for HR functional/regional clients to support our Human Resource Management System, ensuring compliance with all internal procedures while safeguarding employee information.
Your Duties:
- Manage the daily administration of HRIS (Human resources Information System) systems, including conducting audits to ensure data integrity and assisting new users with processes
- Investigate and resolve escalated issues
- Analyze processes and data, recommending improvements to enhance procedures, data accuracy, user experience, or reporting capabilities
- Support system updates, upgrades, enhancements, and implementations
- Assist with data maintenance in mass through the development, testing, and processing of import files
- Performs other duties as assigned
Our expectations:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years of working experience
- Fluency in English language (both written and spoken)
- Very detail-oriented and continuous learning and development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Knowledge of HR processes, terminology - would be a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent time management, organizational and prioritizing skills
