HR:

• Assist with HR tasks such as searching and onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records.
  
• Collaborate with the team on various administrative tasks as needed.
  
• Help to with team building activities and events to foster a positive work environment.
  
• Coordinate internal communication efforts, including the creation and distribution of internal newsletters.
  

Office Administration:

• Coordinate office relocations and setup, including liaising with vendors and overseeing logistics.
  
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office environment.
  

Project Assistance:

• Assist in managing long-term operational projects such as EU funding initiatives.
  
• Assist in the improvement of company operations.
  
• Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
