Nature of work:
- Personnel management, development and implementation
- Organization and implementation of the administrative staff selection process
- Processing and introduction of new employee recruitment documents and ensuring a successful adaptation process
- Constant communication with the company's employees, heads of departments in matters of personnel, cultural environment, clarification of needs
- Consulting of managers on issues of personnel management and labor law
- Assistance to employees in solving problems and questions that arise
- Organization of company's various holidays, team building, training
- Other work related to personnel management, document processing, administration
Requirements:
- Successful work experience in HR
- Higher education (an advantage in the field of human resources)
- Knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania
- You know and conduct job interviews well, you are able to discern personal and professional competences
- Computer literacy, knowledge of writing, fluent presentation of ideas in writing and orally
- Ability to independently plan, organize activities, choose work methods, evaluate and analyze the work of others, personal qualities
- Responsibility, communication, drive, strategic thinking, ability to quickly respond to changes and adapt
- Excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language
