THE CREW HR SPECIALIST WILL:
- Conduct a psychological assessment of the applicants;
- Manage crew payroll and compensation guaranteeing accurate payment processes;
- Examine and overlook salary discrepancies for crew members;
- Support crew selection and onboarding/offboarding processes;
- Coordinate contract changes ensuring smooth communication between all related parties;
- Work with the HR team to improve processes and strategies;
- Perform other duties as assigned by HR Manager.
YOU ARE WELCOME TO APPLY IF YOU:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in psychology;
- Have at least one year of experience working in HR;
- Are fluent in English and Lithuanian languages (both written and spoken);
- Hold excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen and effectively verbalize ideas;
- Know computer literacy;
- Hold solid ethics and morals, and sound judgment.
WE WILL CONSIDER THE BELOW AS AN ADVANTAGE:
- Experience in the aviation industry;
- TRIPOD license.
- Experience in payroll or compensation.
