Your responsibilities as an HR specialist(s):
- Improving the process of hiring new employees;
- Being a contact person for new employees during their trial period;
- Close cooperation with HR, production and other departments;
- Help for managers in evaluating the performance of new employees;
- Ensuring that company policies, safety regulations and production and quality standards are followed by the new team;
- Planning process improvement and employee growth opportunities.
If you:
- You have a higher education or are a final year student;
- Has experience in working with people;
- Able to communicate in English and Russian both orally and in writing;
- Has good computer skills;
- You are interested in innovations in the field of HR.
