We are actively seeking a team member to join our Ignitis Renewables team as an IAC Package Manager for an offshore project. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the project's successful development and execution by overseeing the Inter Array package team's focus. Your main responsibilities and tasks will be:

Manage the process of acquiring Inter array services for all related works
Lead the procurement of the design services for the inter array package
With assistance from technical and legal, draft and negotiate inter array contracts.
Manage inter array subcontracts during development, project execution, and serve as client representative towards the T&I contractor
Handle claims and changes in the inter array subcontract during execution
Ensure the inter array contractor executes their work in accordance with project needs and expectations

We expect that You:

Have a degree in Economics, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, Law, or a relevant field
Have a minimum of 8 years previous experience in an engineering leadership position within offshore wind
Have an experience in offshore wind development projects, oil and gas or shipping related fields
Have a minimum 5 years of experience with cables management
Have excellent proficiency in written and spoken English
Have ability to build relationships, trust and respect within teams and with other stakeholders
Are able to demonstrate an understanding of the commercial contract management technique and procurement process
Have benchmarking knowledge on wind offshore supply cost.
