Ensure a smooth recruitment process (initial calls with candidates, organization and conduct of interviews, etc.);
To acquaint newly hired employees with the documents regulating internal procedures;
To prepare and systematize documents related to employment relations (employment contracts and their amendments, holiday schedules, accounting of working time, orders, etc.) in accordance with the LC of the Republic of Lithuania;
Supervise the adaptation process so that our new employees can find their place in the company smoothly and successfully;
Contribute to the development, integration and implementation of personnel management processes.

You have a higher education (in HR/psychology - an advantage);
You are able to work both independently and in a team;
You have the following personal qualities: communication, leadership, responsibility, initiative;
You have good computer skills - MS Office programs, MS Excel;
You know English (advantage);
You are able to plan your working time well, react flexibly to changed circumstances and know how to make decisions;
You have work experience in the field of human resources (a big advantage);
You have heard the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts regulating labor relations, as well as the principles of safety and health at work (a big advantage).

Salary
1300-1750 €/mon. gross
The salary is negotiated with each candidate individually, depending on the available experience and knowledge related to this position.
