Our mission is to help children learn "with their head, heart and hand" (Pestalozzi), to give opportunities to develop their senses, abilities and self-awareness as an integral part of the world. In our inspiring environment, children grow up stress-free, develop at their own pace and develop independence. All this is created by the wonderful community of "Saulės Gojaus", which is based on a dedicated team that loves its work and believes in its mission.

"Saulės gojaus" aims to ensure that the team has the best working conditions, can constantly improve and combine work with the needs of their personal life.

• 3 times a year, the kindergarten is closed so that all teachers can participate in methodical education days together;
  
• The guest supervisor of the institution provides teachers with regular psychological consultations on the analysis of pedagogical situations, work relations, and personal growth;
  
• Once a month, we invite experts from various fields to the "Knowledge Club", who share the best practices of modern education and raising children with the whole community;
  
• The bilingual environment of the kindergarten enables teachers to improve their English language skills on a daily basis;
