- you are a child-loving, positive, friendly, cooperative person;
- you know how to inspire and encourage children, and your lullabies even put a plush toy to sleep;
- has the qualification of a preschool teacher and experience in this work;
- able to organize the educational process and create a safe and inclusive educational environment;
- learn to create an equal, respectful and listening relationship with parents;
- able to prepare educational plans, systematically evaluate and record the progress made by children.
