Approve documents regulating the company's activities;
to represent the Company against third parties;
to provide the shareholder with the Company's annual financial statement documents, the profit distribution project, the Company's activity report and other necessary information for consideration of issues on the agenda of the general meeting of shareholders;
according to the competence to perform other functions, determined by the company's gen. in the director's official regulations, the company's articles of association and other legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

Higher and/or managerial education;
Good work planning and organization skills;
Independence, activity, responsibility;
Driver's licence B category);
Knowledge of foreign languages (English, Russian, etc.).
