BY JOINING THE TEAM, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- organization of efficient and uninterrupted company activities;
- making strategic decisions in the field of business development and expansion;
- management of financial decisions of the organization, control of the annual budget;
- generating new ideas, optimizing processes, improving quality;
- personnel administration, team work organization and training;
- analysis of the company's performance, examination of the competitive environment, search for new market channels and opportunities.
WE HOPE YOU:
- you are at least 2 years old successful work experience in organization management (priority - transport field);
- you have obtained a higher education;
- you are able to effectively form, develop and motivate a team;
- you are strategic, analytical, quick to react and adapt to innovations;
- you are able to set ambitious goals and take responsibility for their implementation;
- you can communicate in English and Russian.
