Nature of work
- Collect primary information necessary for the organization of family assistance;
- Organize and provide the necessary assistance to a family or person;
- To cooperate with the staff of the Vienna stop center in organizing complex assistance;
- Maintain and take care of the inventory of the family crisis center;
- Plan and coordinate the daytime work of employees.
Employee requirements
- Have at least a secondary education and/or professional qualification;
- To have attended individual care worker courses;
- Experience working with families or other social groups (we also value volunteering experience);
- Positivity, maintaining emotional balance in difficult situations;
- Communicability and empathy;
- Ability to independently plan your work.
