Nature of work
- Collect primary information necessary for the organization of family assistance;
- Organize and provide the necessary assistance to a family or person;
- Cooperate with state and municipal institutions, social partners and other institutions, specialists of the SOS Children's Villages organization;
- Follow the approved Case Management method.
Employee requirements
- Have at least a secondary education and/or an acquired professional qualification;
- Have the right to work as an individual care worker (have attended introductory training);
- Has experience working with families or in another field of social work (we also value volunteering experience);
- Are positive and able to maintain emotional balance in difficult situations;
- Can independently plan and organize their work;
- Able to make contact with different people easily.
