The SENJORO organization () provides social services to more than 1,700 seniors - help at home and daily social care - in as many as 27 Lithuanian municipalities. We are constantly growing and, together with a team of more than 400 employees, we strive to make positive old age a part of everyday life for all Lithuanian seniors.
We invite individual care workers to join the Kaunas city team! Our team is looking for empathetic and energetic people to visit seniors in their homes.
Nature of work: care of seniors in their homes - household help, taking care of personal hygiene, socialization and self-expression needs, communication and giving attention.

Requirements
- 40 ac required. at a certificate of completion of introductory training for individual care workers, or the desire to obtain it (the qualification of a social worker's assistant, visiting care worker or a certificate of completion of training is also suitable);
- Communication, sincerity, responsibility, patience, empathy, skills for managing stressful situations, flexibility;
- Driver's license and own car - an advantage;
- Experience in individual care is a plus.
