Nature of work
- Ensuring the operation of the "One Stop" crisis center;
- Fulfillment of the obligations of the residential accommodation contract;
- Ensure the safety of the residents of the crisis center;
- Advise residents in a crisis situation;
- Workplace - Pilaitė microdistrict.
Employee requirements
- Minimum social education (can also be a social assistant, individual care specialist);
- Communicability;
- Be able to quickly analyze the situation;
- Respond adequately in crisis/stressful situations;
- Communicate constructively and solve emerging difficulties;
- Russian would be an advantage.
The company offers
- Flexible work schedule, shift work (1 day working, 3 days off, shift starts at 9:00 a.m.);
- Hourly payment of 6.09 EUR/hour. tariff, on average EUR 1300.00/month. (before tax deduction);
- Complete introduction at the beginning of the work, continuous support and answers to questions during the work;
