YOU WILL BE TRUSTED TO:

Organization of activities of the industrial projects department and participation in employee selection processes.
Remote control of project management.
Providing department activity reports, fixing discrepancies, participating in discussions.
Optimizing, improving and making the department's activities and procedures more efficient.
Together with the head of the department, form the budget of the department, participate in the supervision of operating expenses and resolution of discrepancies, initiating the registration, correction, analysis and prevention of typical errors.
To participate in the processes of concluding and approving departmental contracts with the customer, subcontractors, and supervising the execution.
Communicate problematic issues and coordinate their solution with the manager and company management.
Communication with project managers regarding the provision of necessary data, documentation and resources for project implementation.

You have a higher engineering, technical education and at least 3 years of construction, engineering, production work experience.
You know the organizational and normative documentation system as well as structural diagrams and the distribution of responsibilities in construction and production facilities.
You have good knowledge of English and Russian.
You have good computer literacy skills (MS Office, MS Excel - essential).
You have good analytical, technical thinking, time planning, organizational, information search and systematization and cooperation, negotiation skills.
You are responsible, proactive, you have a constant need to deepen your professional knowledge and expand your competence.
You are able to work individually and in a team.
You are able to manage multiple tasks and set priorities correctly, distribute tasks rationally and ensure timely results.
