Your day-to-day:
- Develop and maintain relationships with agencies, influencers, and content creators across YouTube and other social network channels;
- Find brand-suitable influencers and hire them by negotiating the best price or deal value;
- Think outside the box about how to creatively reach out to the influencers and how to improve performance campaigns to get the best results;
- Manage the quarterly project budget, and monitor profitability and quality results.
Your skills & experience:
- Fluency in English;
- Experience in digital marketing (preferably knowledge of affiliate/influencer marketing);
- Having previous experience with YouTube campaigns;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills;
- Passion for social media, Internet culture, and for keeping up with the trends;
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks.
Salary:
- Gross salary - 1990 - 2730 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
