AS A BALTICUM TV INFORMATION EMPLOYEE, YOU:
· you will serve customers by phone, e-mail channel, you will work in a call center;
· you will provide information about Balticum services, products, innovations and promotions;
· you will present and sell our services, you will be responsible for concluding contracts;
· you will be responsible for high-quality customer service in solving problems;
· you will work on a rolling work schedule 7 days/week. according to the cumulative time accounting.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
· you like to communicate with people, constantly improve, you have a quick reaction;
· you are responsible, polite, helpful, resistant to stress;
· you communicate in Lithuanian, Russian, English;
· you have good computer skills;
· you have similar experience in the field of customer service (advantage).

Salary
