WHAT WILL YOUR JOB BE:
- Ensuring the proper technical condition of structural and engineering systems;
- Organization and coordination of planned and ongoing technical maintenance works;
- Organization and coordination of elimination of faults and accidents in structural and engineering systems;
- Management of construction repair and timely renovation works;
- Direct communication with companies providing technical maintenance services, other suppliers and contractors;
- Organization, delegation and control of work ensuring the LEAN 5S order of the territories;
- Completion and management of documentation related to maintenance of the technical condition of structural and engineering systems.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- Engineering education;
- Experience in a similar job position;
- Knowledge of engineering systems;
- Ability to effectively organize team work and motivate employees;
- Driver's license (category B);
- Attention to details, thoroughness, quick orientation, proactivity, result-oriented, communicative.
