NATURE OF WORK:
✔ Maintenance of the company's rented premises, buildings, plots of land, recording of faults, organization of repairs;
✔ Organization of maintenance, inspection and repair of the elevator, roofs, air conditioning systems, video filming systems of the company's rented premises;
✔ Organization of rental of real estate objects according to the order;
✔ Maintenance of the territory, control of maintenance of order and cleanliness;
✔ Parking lot administration;
✔ Recording the indicators of accounting devices, bringing them into the system;
✔ Administration and monitoring of supplier contracts;
✔ Delivery of various administrative documents in the city;
✔ Performing other daily farm-activity work as needed.
