Project Manager of Infrastructure Development Projects Department (Interim Reactor Waste Storage Project)

What activities await you?

• carry out project implementation, solve project-related issues and ensure the integrity of the project implementation process;
  
• manage the progress of the project: identify the scope, compile the project description, identify the processes for implementation;
  
• control the implementation of the goals set for the project (scope, budget, deadlines, quality), assess and manage the risks of KPI deviations;
  
• prepare project plans, reports, solutions and modifications;
  
• formulate tasks and distribute them to members of the project management group and control their execution;
  
• communicate and cooperate with the state and other institutions on project implementation issues and represent the company at meetings.

We hope that you

• you have accumulated at least 2 years of work experience in construction, engineering or technological project management (work experience in the fields of industrial construction, nuclear energy or EU-funded project management is an advantage);
  
• you know the construction law, energy processes and technologies, and project management principles (e.g. PMBOK ISO);
  
• able to communicate effectively with employees and managers of various levels;
  
• you speak and write in Lithuanian perfectly and know English (knowing Russian would be an advantage);
  
• IT technologies are required for highly intelligent work;
  
• characterized by structured thinking and the ability to clearly present ideas in writing and orally;
  
• you know change management, you can work in a dynamic environment and mobilize the team to achieve the set goals;
  
• you have obtained a higher university education;
  
• comply with Article 50 of the Law on Nuclear Energy of the Republic of Lithuania. requirements (personal data are checked after selection, before concluding an employment contract).

• salary from 4,100 to 5,800 EUR (gross). The final reward will depend on your knowledge, experience and ability to understand the specifics of the job.
