We invite you to join the MUNTO.LT team. We offer a job at Munto.lt - an online store for sports and leisure goods, in Vilnius.
- Email advising store customers on product sales and other issues, making offers.
- Organization and execution of the sales and order process. Online store platforms, marketplaces, crm, newsletters, accounting, etc. use of systems.
- Product management, new brands and products development and assortment expansion.
- Content management, uploading product photos and descriptions, preparing offers on e-store platforms and marketplaces.
- Content creation and management of social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, etc.).
- Adaptation of marketing practices in e-mail. for increasing store sales and awareness.
- Development of existing and new sales channels.
- Receiving, preparing, assembling, packing and sending goods to customers.
- Placing goods in the exhibition and handing them over to customers.
Employee requirements
- Experience in online shopping (advantage).
- In English. Other languages (advantage).
- Computer skills.
- Helpfulness and customer communication skills.
- Orientation to results.
- Ability to work creatively and independently.
- You are proactive, able to follow up and ensure e-mail. trade indicators and improve operational processes, you have good organizational skills.

Basic salary from €1,000/month. in hand plus extras from the sale result.
