UAB "Eika Asset Management" () is an investment fund management company associated with the EIKA group of companies (), managing one of the largest real estate developers and managers in Lithuania, with more than 30 years of market experience.
Currently, UAB "Eika Asset Management" manages four real estate funds investing in both commercial and residential projects, as well as renewable energy projects in the European Union.
The main task(s) of the Head of Investment Projects is to ensure that the acquisition of investment projects is implemented in accordance with the strategy and budget requirements of the existing fund. Previous experience in a fund management/investment company would be a strong advantage for this role.

Nature of work:
- Identification and search of commercial real estate investments;
- Preparation and presentation of analysis (macro and micro), business plans, internal reports;
- Project management and fund representation;
- Organization and control of work with project partners (lawyers, technical and tax team, marketing specialists, etc.);
- Deepening existing partnerships in Lithuanian and foreign markets (Baltic countries and CEE);
- Interest in the existing portfolio and investment activities of the EAM Fund.

- You have experience working with commercial real estate and a deep understanding of the market and the latest trends;

- You are responsible, diligent, quick to react, proactive and innovative;
- You are able to perform many different tasks at the same time and manage a large amount of information;
- You speak and write fluently in Lithuanian and English.

Salary
3300-4960 €/mon. gross
