We hope you:
- You have at least a higher engineering education;
- Excellent construction project analysis skills, you know construction technologies;
- You are able to read and analyze technical documents and legislation regulating construction;
- You have good computer skills (MS Windows, MS Office, MS Project - an advantage);
- You are able to prepare object implementation schedules and control them;
- You are able to express your thoughts fluently and correctly in Lithuanian in writing and orally (the ability to communicate in English is an advantage);
- You are distinguished by analytical, logical and critical thinking, you are able to systematize and summarize information;
- Oriented to result;
- Driver's license giving the right to drive category B vehicles;
- You have a certificate of special structural construction manager or special structural construction technical maintenance manager. Structures: transportation communications; streets (Big advantage);
We will trust you:
- To manage the construction projects of Vilnius city's communication infrastructure (roads, streets, bicycle and pedestrian paths, other surfaces);
- Coordinate the stages of object project preparation, contractor selection and construction;
- Preparation of design tasks, determination of requirements for contractor selection, construction quality control.
We offer:
- Salary from 3000 to 3760 euros (before taxes). We will negotiate a specific reward, and the result will depend on your readiness to perform the functions entrusted to you and your existing competences;
