What tasks await:
WE CAN CREATE A JOB IN THE FOLLOWING CITIES: KAUNAS, ALYTUS, MARIJAMPOLĖ, JURBARKAS, PANEVEZYS, ŠIAULAI.
- prepare design, contract and subcontract estimates;
- calculate the price of the offer of services or works for public procurement tenders and commercial offers;
- to coordinate estimates and commercial proposals with responsible persons, to cooperate closely with colleagues from sales and other departments;
- if necessary, to check the estimates of purchased contract works;
- analyze technical and tender documentation of projects;
- to analyze the competitiveness of the prices of materials, works and services in the market.
We are looking for a colleague who:
- has obtained a higher engineering education (preferably in the field of road engineering, construction engineering);
- has at least 2 years of experience in the position of an estimator, preferably in a road infrastructure company;
- able to work with CVP IS and basic estimate calculation programs (Astera, SES, Sistela);
- can read construction drawings, schemes, diagrams;
- knows the requirements for preparation of estimate documents and clerical work;
- is attentive to details, able to easily analyze and systematize information;
- has excellent cooperation and communication skills;
- knowledge of the English language is an advantage;
- have a category B driver's license.
