Work schedule:
OR
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop and implement automated solutions that will transform furniture manufacturing.
- Analysis of existing production processes and determination of automation, efficiency increase and quality improvement opportunities.
- Solving disturbances and problems of production technological devices.
- Involvement in the process of analysis and elimination of systemic failures.
- Presentation and analysis of the register of events.
- Development and implementation of preventive measures taking into account the methodology of criticality.
- Configuring and troubleshooting automated systems including PLC, HMI and robotics.
- Ensuring seamless integration of automation systems with our state-of-the-art machines and software.
- Rigorous testing and validation of automated systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability in furniture production.
- Using problem solving skills and experience to help improve existing equipment and processes.
Work schedule:
- Possibility to work on a daily schedule: I - IV from 07:30 to 16:45; V from 07:30 to 12:30
OR
- Possibility to work on a sliding, shift schedule: day and night (paid at an increased rate) shifts after 11.5 hours. Weekends are FREE!
Employee requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, automation, mechatronics or related field. Master's degree is an advantage.
- Experience (1+ years) in servicing automation solutions in manufacturing, especially in furniture manufacturing.
- Learning to configure PLV (Beckhoff, Siemens, Delta, etc.).
- Knowing how to manage robotic systems (ABB, KUKA).
- Ability to read electrical and other technological schematic diagrams.
- Knowledge of the English language in the field of technology.
- Excellent understanding of industrial communication protocols (Profibus, ProfiNet, Modbus, Ethernet/IP, etc.).
- Excellent problem solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex automation issues.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- VK or AK electricity worker's certificate.
