You have a higher technical/engineering education (you can be a final year student);
Experience in similar work (would be an advantage);
Attestations and certificates within the scope of job functions and work performance (advantage);
Reading drawings, being able to draw detailed drawings in the form of a sketch;
Good command of at least one foreign language (English, Russian) (written and spoken).
