Position description
Preparation of estimates (SK part) according to the best market prices, selection of the most beneficial offers
Examining and analyzing design and technical documentation, searching for the most economically useful technical solutions
Checking the number of newspapers in the design material
Preparation of commercial/tender offers and documentation
Survey of suppliers of services and materials, analysis of offers, communication and negotiations with suppliers
Constant cooperation with construction managers
Full project development and supervision from project development to evaluation
Compilation of acts of completed works
Research and analysis of the prices of construction materials and services in the market
Analysis and archiving of completed projects
Examining and analyzing design and technical documentation, searching for the most economically useful technical solutions

Your competences and experience
Higher technical/engineering/construction education
2 years of successful estimating experience
Knowledge of the construction sector, construction processes and technologies
Ability to read and analyze design and technical documentation
Ability to solve problems creatively, search for innovative solutions
Work experience with the estimate calculation program ASTERA (advantage)
Responsibility, duty, attentiveness, orientation to the result
Quick orientation, excellent communication and cooperation skills
Excellent knowledge and skills in MS Excel
2 years of successful estimating experience
Knowledge of the construction sector, construction processes and technologies
Ability to read and analyze design and technical documentation
Ability to solve problems creatively, search for innovative solutions
Work experience with the estimate calculation program ASTERA (advantage)
