NATURE OF WORK:

  • Compilation of estimates for construction works, their analysis and coordination;
  • Analysis and evaluation of technical documentation, project solutions, drawings;
  • Preparation of proposals, providing proposals for optimization of solutions;
  • Submission of requests, communication and negotiations regarding material prices, esp. prices of work with suppliers according to the technical specifications of the project;
  • Communication with project team members;
  • Analyzing information about the level of materials and services in the market.

EXPECTATIONS FOR CANDIDATES:

  • At least 2 years of experience in calculating estimates;
  • Ability to read and analyze projects, drawings and technical documentation;
  • Responsibility, duty, orientation to the result;
  • Ability to work with DWG, IFC drawing viewing programs;
  • Work experience with estimate calculation programs - Astera/SES or similar - we will consider program skills a great advantage.
