- Compilation and analysis of estimates for construction works;
- Analysis of design and technical documentation;
- Preparation of commercial/tender offers;
- Communication with suppliers and subcontractors;
- Formation of monthly acts.
Employee requirements
- Higher education (construction/civil engineering)
- Work experience in a similar position;
- Excellent knowledge of estimate programs Sistela/Astera;
- Knowledge of construction technology and ability to read drawings;
- Experience in analyzing project solutions and the ability to assess the validity of solutions;
- Positive thinking, responsibility, independence, communication;
- The certificate of the manager of the economic part would be an advantage.
