Nature of work
- Preparation and formalization of documents for tenders;
- Making estimates with the program "ProSama5G";
- Preparation of acts of completed works;
- Project analysis;
- Coordination of technical issues with customers, construction managers, subcontractors;
- Selection of subcontractors, material suppliers;
- Coordination of contracts with customers, subcontractors, suppliers;
- Control of resources intended for the object, control of material supply;
- Assistance to work managers, filling out documents.
- Reporting to management.
Employee requirements
- Higher construction engineering education;
- Engineer's work experience, construction sector, an advantage (Advantage, in the fields of road construction engineering networks or construction);
- Knowledge of construction processes and technologies;
- Good computer skills;
- Know how to work with estimation programs;
- Independence, diligence, responsibility, high motivation, sedentism.
