Nature of work
- Maintenance of ventilation, electricity, water supply, heat management of the business center and sports club;
- Organization of rational and economical work of electrical, heating and ventilation system devices, drawing up plans for current and capital repair works of devices;
- Organization of technical service and troubleshooting of energy, heat, plumbing and ventilation devices;
- Controlling and accounting of electricity, heat and water consumption. Consumption cost analysis, planning;
- Regular technical maintenance and preventive checks of pool equipment (ensure clean water in sports club pools, control and regulate the chemical composition of water in accordance with valid hygiene standards; ensure proper functioning of pool areas and their equipment).
- Localization of faults and emergency situations in the entire building

- Engineering education;
- Required work experience;
- Knowledge of building structures, engineering systems, electricity, water supply, heat economy;
- Certificates of the person responsible for electricity management, fire safety;
