Your daily activities at work would be:
Planning, preparation and analysis of construction project estimates;
Analysis and systematization of design technical documentation;
Cost calculation of manpower, materials, machinery costs;
Communication with subcontractors/suppliers (written and verbal);
Comparing the offers of contractors/suppliers, participating in the coordination of contract projects;
Reconciliation of completed objects/accomplished work acts;
Other works related to the calculation of the price of construction projects.

What do we expect from you:
Higher education in the field of construction engineering;
Similar work experience (at least 1 year);
Good computer skills (experience working with Sistela, ProSama or others), MS Excel, MS Word;
Good knowledge of English (advantage);
Driver's license (advantage);
Personal qualities: thoroughness, attention to details, communication and ability to work in a team.
