Nature of work
- Calculation of construction materials, construction works prices, estimates;
- Compilation of estimates based on the most optimal market prices, selection of the most beneficial offers
- Preparation of documentation for commercial/tender offers;
- Communication with customers, subcontractors and project team members;
- Analysis and assessment of technical documentation;
- Analysis of design and technical documentation, search for the most economically useful solutions
- Calculation of materials and labor costs;
- Constant cooperation with work managers and participation in the improvement of company processes.
- Compilation and submission of acts of completed works
- Analysis of completed projects and works, summarization of results
- Other works related to the preparation of estimates for participation in public procurement tenders.
Employee requirements
- Experience in calculating estimates for objects of various sizes (at least 2 years);
- Higher engineering education (advantage - construction field);
- Working with the estimate calculation program SISTELA (required)
- Ability to read and analyze design and technical documentation
- Good technical - engineering knowledge;
- Ability to properly solve problems at work
- Quick orientation, good basics of communication and ability to cooperate
- Excellent MS Excel knowledge and skills
- Responsibility, diligence, attention to detail and initiative.
- Ability to communicate fluently in writing and verbally
