- Analyze the competitiveness of the prices of materials, works and services in the market;
Employee requirements
- Higher/advanced engineering education (in the field of construction/architecture);
- Construction engineer - estimator work experience would be an advantage (those without experience are trained at the workplace);
- Analytical system thinking, ability to process information and provide conclusions;
- Knowledge of working with the Sistela estimate program (would be an advantage);
- Good computer skills;
- Ability to read construction drawings, schemes, diagrams;
- Responsibility, duty, positivity, orientation towards a quality result;
- Good cooperation and communication skills;
