- Business trips throughout Lithuania;
- Management of a group of employees;
- Supervision of the quality of performed works and control of compliance with technologies;
- Planning of ongoing construction objects and organization of works in the object;
- Representing the company in solving technical issues with customers and designers;
- Knowing and completing technical documentation;
- Ensuring work safety and quality;
- Ensuring the optimal use of the planned resources in the facility.
Employee requirements
- Higher college education in the field of construction;
- Knowledge of construction processes;
- Working with the AutoCad program;
- Computer skills;
- Safety certificate;
- Construction manager's qualification certificate is required;
- Driver's license;
- Work organization and communication skills;
- In English.
