Nature of work:
- Consult clients by phone or directly on the technical aspects of fire protection, networks, security alarm, perimeter security devices: installation, configuration, functionality, etc. questions;
- Test new equipment: test functionality, configuration specifics;
- Conduct trainings or seminars on equipment for clients in various cities or remotely;
- Analyze, interpret and repair the most common equipment malfunctions.
If you:
- Has experience in analog work or installation of weak currents.
- Has an engineering or technical education.
- Are you knowledgeable or interested in telephone locks, video surveillance, access control, etc. equipment.
- Has good customer service (telephone and direct) and work organization skills.
- You are attentive and responsible.
- Learn English.
