Nature of work:
- Maintenance, updating and support of business systems, configuration improvement;
- Diagnosing system incidents, examining and eliminating the causes of malfunctions;
- Creation and coordination of new users, user rights;
- Helpdesk request management;
- Participation in the development and implementation processes of business systems projects;
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of organizational equipment;
- Employee consulting and assistance in IT matters.
Requirements:
- Higher or equivalent education;
- Work experience in the field of IT / IS;
- Good knowledge of English (B2 level);
- Ability to effectively communicate with employees and partners at various levels;
- Ability to solve problems.
