We are looking for a colleague who:
- analyze the functioning of the functionality of the assigned information system (s) (hereinafter - IS), analyze IS malfunctions and incidents, register them in the task management system, participate in the elimination of their causes;
- analyzed the quality of the data collected by the IS and initiated the implementation of the necessary changes;
- make proposals regarding the structure of IS classifiers, data processing, creation and development of new services;
- examine the proposed technical solutions for IS change, their compatibility with other information systems of the company and the repeated use of already developed software solutions and provide conclusions, proposals and possible alternatives;
- organized storage and continuous updating of IS software source texts and its documentation;
- prepare, update and store IS activity documentation, descriptions of provided services, user manuals, other documentation related to service provision, ensure relevance, completeness and quality of this material;
- participate in the development of automated tools for IS functional testing;
- provide natural and legal persons with expert consultations and answers related to IS activities;
- consult the company's employees on IS data acquisition and provision issues.
In this position, it is important for us:
- higher or equivalent education;
- at least 2 years of professional work experience with information systems;
- knowledge of operational processes and management principles of information systems, ability to identify and formalize requirements for system functionalities;
- be able to work with the Microsoft Office program package and IS, which are necessary to properly perform the functions assigned to this position;
- ability to collect, analyze, systematize, summarize information, draw conclusions;
- the ability to fluently and correctly teach thoughts in Lithuanian (written and spoken);
- knowledge of the English language (written and spoken);
- strategic thinking, responsibility, initiative, results orientation, professionalism, cooperation, impeccable personal and professional reputation.

- salary from EUR 1,552 with taxes (EUR 1,552 - EUR 2,328 with taxes). The exact salary will depend on your competence and professional experience. Salary is only part of the reward.
