IS DEVELOPMENT TEAM HEAD(S)

We are looking for a colleague who would lead the IS development team and be responsible for the development of IT systems used in the companies of the Ignitis group. We are looking for a team leader who is able to delegate work, develop a team, and has a good understanding of business processes and their efficiency.

Your main tasks will be:

• Plan and coordinate the work of the IS development team and external partners;
• Develop and motivate the team, set team goals;
• Provide feedback to the team, develop a work culture based on team trust;
• Organize service purchases and other processes necessary for the development of IT systems;
• Analyze and improve IT systems development management processes;
• Cooperate with system owners and advise them;
• To ensure sustainable development of IT systems that meets changing business needs.

• You have an education in the field of IT or exact sciences;
• You have at least 5 years of work experience in the creation/development of IT systems;
• You have experience in managing IT projects/changes according to Agile;
• You have at least 2 years of experience in team management;
• You have excellent organizational and time planning skills;
• You have strategic thinking, creativity and leadership qualities and are able to manage large amounts of information at the same time;
• You communicate well in Lithuanian and English.

The fixed salary range for the job group is between EUR 4061 and EUR 6092 (excluding tax). A specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competence. A variable part of the remuneration may be paid in addition to the salary.
