Nature of work
- Effective organization and management of issuing processes;
- Introduction and mentoring of new employees of the department, introducing them to work and assigning practical teachers;
- Increasing employee efficiency by analyzing employee performance indicators;
- Ensuring smooth and high-quality collection and dispatch of goods;
- Analysis of issuing operations and processes and their improvement;
- Ensuring the proper operation of warehouse equipment, machinery and other work tools;
- Ensuring work safety.
Employee requirements
- Experience in warehouse operations, 3PL would be an advantage;
- Experience of working with modern warehouse management tools would be an advantage;
- Ability to manage, motivate the team to achieve common goals.
- Excellent planning and activity management skills, responsibility, analytical thinking;
- Good computer skills (MS Office: Excel, Word);
- Experience working with warehouse management systems (AXA, Quantum, Equinox, etc.) would be an advantage;
