Nature of work
- Prepare external communication content related to fundraising;
- Execute and supervise communication campaigns aimed at raising funds;
- Search for ambassadors and/or partners, public representatives for the dissemination of information, cooperate and supervise their involvement;
- Create visual material for disseminating information about the organization;
- Prepare presentations, create press releases and cooperate with media representatives;
- Contribute to the organization of events or initiatives for members of the public;
- Create newsletters for sponsors and partners of the organization;
- Propose and implement new communication strategies for fundraising.
Employee requirements
- Have a university education (preferably in the field of communication, marketing, public relations);
- At least one year of work experience in the field of communication is required;
- Work experience in the field of public relations or digital marketing - a big advantage;
- Ability to analyze, systematize, summarize information and see regularities;
- Ability to fluently teach ideas, prepare articles and other information and publicity materials in writing and orally;
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English;
- Positivity and good communication skills;
- Ability to work both in a team and individually;
- Motivation to do meaningful work and contribute to the mission of SOS Children's Villages.
