In this position you will:
- You will perform regular maintenance of IT workplaces, servers and other IT infrastructure;
- You will ensure the smooth operation of systems;
- You will provide consultation and assistance to employees on various IT issues;
- You will cooperate with 3rd parties on troubleshooting or improving systems;
- You will work with documentation of IT configurations and procedures;
- You will participate in new solution implementation projects and jointly look for ideas to improve operations.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of systems administrator or similar work experience;
- You have an education in the field of IT studies - a big advantage;
- You have knowledge of computer networks TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP;
- You have good knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11 OS (Linux is an advantage);
- Knowledge of the technical part of computers;
- Responsibility, result orientation, critical thinking and strong problem solving skills;
- Knowledge of Windows server administration, virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V), cloud services (Azure, AWS) is an advantage;
- You have ITIL or other certificates (Microsoft, Cisco) - a big advantage;
- Impeccable knowledge of Lithuanian and English languages.
