Your tasks at work:
- User support of ERP, WMS, MES systems (registration of referrals (Jira) and resolution), analysis and optimization of business processes, identification, analysis and escalation of repeated referrals;
- Communication with users and analysis of their needs;
- Analysis of the functionality of ERP solutions operating in the company;
- Formulation of tasks and coordination with programmers;
- Testing of solutions;
- Preparation of instructions for users;
- User training and consulting.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in designing and/or consulting and/or maintaining accounting (ERP), warehouse (WMS), production execution (MES) systems;
- English language. (at the level of a skilled user);
- Required personal qualities: organization, responsibility, independence, teamwork skills, communication, analytical thinking.
Useful skills:
- Experience in working with 1C systems (an important advantage);
- Experience working with other ER, MES, WMS systems;
- Russian. (advantage);
- Experience in working according to ITIL processes, good understanding of how the Service Desk service works;
- Experience working in geographically remote teams;
- Knowledge of production and supply chain processes.
