Nature of work

  • User support of ERP, WMS, MES systems (registration and resolution of appeals),
identification, analysis and escalation of duplicate referrals;
  • Communication with users and analysis of their needs;
  • Preparation of user instructions;
  • User training and consultations;
  • Testing solutions.

Employee requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in designing and/or consulting and/or maintaining accounting (ERP), warehouse (WMS), production execution (MES) systems;
  • English language. (at the level of a skilled user);
  • Russian. (at the level of a skilled user);
  • Required personal qualities: organization, responsibility, independence, teamwork skills, analytical thinking.

Useful skills
  • Experience working in geographically remote teams;
  • Knowledge of production and supply chain processes.
