We are looking for an analyst for Finance and Risk Tribe, who is interested in driving deliveries in regulatory area, and who has ambition and passion to drive data-based developments in few key areas of the bank. As an analyst you will be a part of an agile team, focusing on maximizing the value of the deliveries to our stakeholders.

Technologies we use:
- To create reporting solution, we use: SAS/ WPS, TIBCO WebFOCUS BI solution;
- Our tribe works with DB: SAP IQ, Oracle;
- Jira;
- Collibra;
- GIT / Bitbucket;
As an IT Analyst you will be responsible for:
- Conduct requirements and gap analysis, mapping and prepare proofs-of-concept.
- Develop and document IT processes and procedures.
- Understanding of general directions in the relevant technologies, new ideas, best practices, and developments.
- Initiate optimization and participate in redesign of supervised system(s) in all three Baltic countries with the aim to improve performance and decrease need for future maintenance.
- Incident analysis of supervised system(s) functionality in all three Baltic countries.
- Complex ad-hoc data extracts and transformations.
- Cooperating with other teams inside and outside the tribe.
- Widening your knowledge in team scope area of Local Regulatory and ESG.
What we expect:
- At least 4 years IT analyst experience working with development team and building regulatory based solutions.
- Ability to analyse and map different sources to one outcome solution.
- Demonstrable expertise in data warehouse based solutions, advanced SQL knowledge, version control, development and release process.
- Awareness of data flows for solutions and systems.
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
